Governor Cuomo Announces Dedication of $13.8 Million Affordable and Supportive Housing Development in Utica

A new $13.8 Million housing complex for low-income families was announced by NY Gov. Cuomo late last month.  Located in the Cornhill area of Utica, the 42-unit development will also feature a Community Services Center run by the Rescue Mission of Utica serving tenants and the general public.
