Rescue Mission of Utica presents ‘Riders on a Mission’

Rescue Mission of Utica, a faith-based nonprofit, multiple-service charitable organization serving Utica and the Mohawk Valley is hosting a R.O.A.M. “Riders on a Mission” 2018 event on Saturday, Sept. 8.

The 50-mile ride begins at Harley-Davidson of Utica, 4870 Commercial Drive, New York Mills and ends at Sherrill Brook Park, New Hartford.

Registration is from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. with kickstands up at 11 a.m.

The registration fee is $30 per driver and $15 per passenger.

To welcome all of the riders back at the park, a Family Fun Festival will begin at noon at Sherrill Brook Park. A chicken barbecue ($10 per person except for drivers), games, prizes, face painting, book mobile, fire trucks, child ID kits, raffles and more will take place.
