Rescue Mission of Utica plans to give away Small House

The Rescue Mission of Utica’s Skills for Success Program, is scheduled to complete the construction of a Small House in 2020.

The Rescue Mission intends to gift the Small Home to a low income individual or a family of four or less who meet the following criteria: Do not presently own a home or real property; Have successfully participated in one of the Rescue Mission of Utica Programs, the Emmaus House of Utica Program, MVCC: Youth Build Program, or are an honorably discharged United States veteran residing in Oneida County. All applicants must successfully complete and comply with Financial Coaching Sessions provided by the HomeOwnershipCenter and meet low income qualifications which are found at uticamission.org

All forms and additional information can be found at uticamission.org. Mail your completed form to Rescue Mission of Utica, 293 Genesee Street, Utica, NY 13501 and post marked by Monday, July 6.
