UTICA, N.Y. – The Rescue Mission of Utica is holding a clothing and book giveaway Tuesday, in the back parking lot of its office at 1013 West St. in Utica.The event will be held until 2 p.m.  There are books, shoes and clothes for men, women and children available for free.The public is welcome, but everyone is required to wear face masks.
