Rescue Mission to host Christmas concert Dec. 18

The Rescue Mission of Utica is hosting “A Very Slambovian Christmas” concert at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, at The Dorothy Smith Center for Advocacy at RCIL, 1607 Genesee St.

Guest artists The Slambovian Circus of Dreams will provide an evening of traditional Christmas songs with a twist, a sprinkling of original holiday tunes and a generous helping of creative music that will enchant everyone. Enjoy a special Hanukkah-inspired intermission.

Tickets are $20 in advance and can be purchased online at UticaMission.org, by emailing leslie.nicolette@uticamission.org, or calling 315-735-1645, ext.2104.

Tickets will be $25 at the door.

Seating is limited.

All proceeds will benefit Rescue Mission of Utica as the organization prepares to feed thousands of our neighbors in need during the next few weeks.

The Rescue Mission will be collecting nonperishable food items at the door for the holiday season.
