UTICA, N.Y. – The Rescue Mission of Utica is giving away winter coats to those in need in November.
The winter coat giveaway will be held from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 4 and Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 1013 West St.
One coat will be distributed per person, and parents will need benefit card ID for each child to receive a coat for them.
Social distancing will be enforced, and everyone is advised to wear a face mask.
