A ribbon cutting ceremony took place on Wednesday, January 17th, 2024 at 2 PM at 1012 Noyes Street in Utica, where the keys were presented to the first time homeowner. The project was completed in collaboration with Human Technologies Corporation, Mohawk Valley Community College Youth Build, ACI Adorino Construction Inc., The HomeOwnership Center and the City of Utica.
