Workforce Housing for individuals and small families…
Finding an affordable place to rent in Utica is often difficult – especially for people who are just starting their careers, who are new to the area or who earn a modest income.
The West Street Apartments located at 1013 West Street in Utica are designed to help households afford to live in Utica near employment centers, day care facilities, bus routes and more. We can provide income qualified households the opportunity to live at a reduced rent.
MODERN • EASY • COMFORTABLE
There are one or two bedroom units available for income qualified individuals and families who meet the income and household size eligibility. Each unit has a living room, kitchen and in-unit storage. (ADA Accessible and HVI units are available.)
On-Site Programs
Four of our programs are located on-site. These on-site supportive services provided by the Rescue Mission of Utica include: Clothing Room, Food Pantry, Learning Center and Representative-Payee Program.

- One bedroom units rent is $561
- Two bedroom units rent is $714
*Fair market rent based on income eligibility – area medium income range – $522 – $744 – for Section 8.
